We believe that everyone, even as individuals, can contribute to protecting our environment. Our mission is to teach people how to make the gift-giving process as eco-friendly as possible. Below, you can read about when, where, what types of workshops we offer, and what types of workshops you can request from us if you want to bring the world of furoshiki closer to your environment/guests/customers.

FloWeRAP - free furoshiki workshops

Workshops for the General Public

In the territory of the E.U., we offer workshops on the following topics:

  1. General furoshiki knotting techniques (gift wrapping or bag-making or both, as requested).
  2. Introduction to floWeRAP, floral gift wrapping techniques.

The workshops are typically 1-1.5 hour long, with the focus on practical learning after a brief theoretical introduction.

At the end of our workshops, there will be an opportunity to purchase cloths. (We accept card payments, so you don't need to bring cash.)

Workshops for Companies/Events

We are also happy to participate in corporate or other events. We can provide workshop services in the following languages within the territory of the E.U. or Japan: English, Japanese, Hungarian.
